The receiver in charge of selling Blockbuster Canada wants a court order to shut down the movie rental company’s 253 remaining retail locations, saying Wednesday it had been unable to find a buyer willing to invest in the business. I think it’s stupid that it is closing down because, BlockBuster is a good movie and or game rental place. I have been going there ever since I came in Canada and I think it’s a good place.

Netflix is a DVD movie rental service, like an online Blockbuster. However, unlike Blockbuster, they only exist online – there are no Netflix “stores.After you create an account with them, you can start adding movies to your queue. Netflix will automatically start sending you movies based on the titles that are in your queue, starting with spot #1. The number of movies you can have at one time is determined by the type of account you get with them. For instance, if you have their “2 at a time” account, they’ll mail out 2 movies.
